Pasta with tomato sauce and parmesan

Here’s a quick lunch idea when you’re short on time and sick of meat.

You’ll need the following:

  • gluten-free pasta
  • tomato sauce (naturally gluten-free, but check the label)
  • parmesan cheese (also naturally gluten-free, but check the label and the packaging)

The preparation is quick and simple. Add 60-100g of pasta into boiling water and cook it for 8-10 minutes. Remove the excess water.

Cook the tomato sauce if necessary for a couple of minutes. You can add it to the pasta after removing the water or you can cook it separately.

Serve it and add some parmesan cheese on top.
