To break the meat monotony, here’s a quick fish recipe.
The ingredients are as follows:
- 0.5 kg of flatfish
- 1 kale
- olive oil
Wash the kale, place it in a pot, add water and cook it until it’s soft, which should take about an hour or two. Stir every 20 minutes or so.
Frying the fish is pretty fast. Add some olive oil to the pan, heat it and add the fish. After a couple of minutes, depending on the heat, turn it over and leave it on for a couple of minutes more. If it’s a stainless steel pan, it’s possible it’ll stick to the pan so be ready for some scraping.
And that’s all there is to it. Enjoy!
