If you want to switch to a gluten-free diet, either because you have Celiac disease, non-celiac gluten sensitivity (also known as gluten intolerance), wheat allergy or just for kicks, you’re probably looking for recipes that aren’t terrible or advice on cleaning your kitchen to rid yourself of gluten once and for all. That’s why this site is here.

This is a collection of recipes and experiences I’ve learned over time you might find useful. I don’t offer medical advice, but culinary and organizational advice. I’ll focus on nonexotic ingredients you can find at you local market, supermarket and butcher’s shop, as well as on routines that will help you in the transition to a gluten-free lifestyle.
